We are committed to deliver your order on time & in good condition. We at MAYIEVA associate with only reputed courier companies irrespective of charges.

* Orders will be shipped on same day if order is received between 8 am to 2pm (as per our notifications) otherwise it will be shipped on next working day.

* Only prepaid orders are processed for shipping immediately; COD orders will be    confirmed with the respective customer through mail or phone call. If confirmed then only it will be processed for shipping. If no contact with customer or no confirmation is received then that order will be cancelled.

* Orders will be shipped only in Indian states and its cities. We at MAYIEVA has the right to deny the order shipment which are not serviceable area or if courier service is not possible due to certain inevitable reasons. In such cases all prepaid orders amount will be refunded back to the customer.

Shipping charge of Rs. 50 to Rs.100 is applicable depending upon the pin codes and service area

Free shipping is allowed if order value is Rs.500/ or above

Our working days & hours are from Monday to Saturday 10am to 6pm. Sunday and others public holidays or festivals, office will be closed, no calls will be answered after 6pm till next working hours.

Orders will be delivered in 5 to 7 working days depending upon pin codes or service area however this may not always be possible due availability of particular product, we will intimate the customers in such cases via mail or phone calls.

Once dispatched, tracking numbers will be given to the customers for self-tracking.

On receiving the parcel, if you feel its tampered or damaged, please refuse the delivery as it may contain wrong product(s)
